The girls finished up their last swim class of the year. It was just in time for the neighborhood pool to open. Kendall learned quite a bit this year. It is nice to go to the pool and not worry about her at all.
She has learned to swim with flippers, tread water (though she is not totally relaxed at this), and she is doing the crawl much stronger now.
Sidney still has a ways to go. Her own fears are the only thing holding her back. She is super athletic, but definitely likes her comfort zone. For this summer, she will play hard and we will keep a watchful eye on her.
The girls missed Emily's birthday party, so we had a post party celebration at the Strong house. The girls swam in the hot tub, played hard and acted goofy - naturally.
