Kindergarten Celebration.

It has been a long time since I last blogged.  I seem to have lost the bug.  Hopefully it has found its way back.  I had went private on the blog, but we decided to open it back up.  We have too many family members that were having trouble creating an account.  These are the same family members that found great joy in reading about our family antics.  So here we are re-entering the blogosphere.  Enjoy!  Hopefully having my audience back will bring me some much needed motivation.

Kendall graduated from Kindergarten at the end of May.  They had a really nice celebration.  Kevin and Sidney got there super early to save us the best seats in the house.  Sid goofing off to pass the time.  She is such a character.

Kendall heading for the stage to start the festivities.  She has reached a new stage in life.  She is now socially aware (aka turning red in the cheeks at times).  This year was spent learning new things, forging new friendships, putting up with mean girls, deciding to march to her own beat, falling in love (several times) and endlessly chasing the boys.  It was a good start to a long education.

Her class sang several songs before receiving their diplomas.

She is officially moving on to first grade.  What will Sidney and Grandma do without her all day?

Grandma made her a special graduation cake.  She wanted a three tier cake with a dolphin on top (just like our wedding cake).

She received some very special graduation gifts.  Then off to a busy summer.  Kevin just finished up a two week literacy class that would have normally been a semester long - whew!  We have had lots of family and friends in town for visits.  With Terrell here, Boise has become a destination spot.
