Senior Pictures at Bruneau.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mike Reid Photography.  I could not have dreamed of a better senior picture experience.  We met him at Bruneau Sand Dunes for a combination dance and senior photo shoot.  

Here are just a few of the final pictures.  There were so many great ones that it was hard to choose.  Mike photographs a ton of athletes.  About halfway through the dance portion her turned around and said to me that he could not believe she had only been dancing three years.  He said she could do moves that he had only seen very advanced dancers that had been dancing decades pull off.  Kudos to Kendall, as it has been a combination of some natural gifts and a lot of hard work.

This was the first time Kendall had tried one of these types of jumps.  When Mike described what he wanted her to do, she asked him how she would be able to land it.  He replied, "self preservation".  Oh my goodness!

I really like this one.  It was toward the end and Kendall asked if he would take a picture of her footprints in the sand.  I love the symbolism of this one.

I was not really prepared for this one, but SO glad Mike captured it.  It sums up the good time we had.

Monkeying Around, Literally.

The stories Kendall had from Dutch are sometimes over the top.  One particular shift a lady drove through with some monkeys.  She had not one, but rather three, pet monkeys in her car.  They enjoyed their pup cups (without the biscuit).

Dutch had a day where they gave out rubber ducks.  No surprise there.

Kendall's friend Shelby, moved on to a 'big girl job'.  Kendall was sad to see her go, but they vowed to stay in touch.

Bentley is attending BSU.  This has been fun for Kendall, as the two have been able to hang out a lot.

Okay this one I am not even sure about, but Kendall wanted it on the blog, so here it is.

Shout Outs and Buckle Bunnies.

This is a bit of a random post about Sidney shenanigans.  She has been really loving her new job.  She even got a shoutout on the employee app.

Her youth group had an 'Idaho Night'.  Two of the boys dressed as buckle bunnies.  Hilarious!

Sidney has such a nice blend of school this year, albeit incredibly hard!  She has been finding some time to enjoy some of the extracurriculars, between all of her course work.  

Jayde and Hannah threw her a birthday party.  This has been a tradition with the three girls.  Jayde hosted it at her house, and the girls got to enjoy the new swim spa.

Sidney and Claire have been enjoying some great hikes.  Let's not forget to mention that this particular hike ended with a giant fall down a small rock cliff resulting in a pretty bad road rash.  I guess it was all worth it though!

The Adventures of Bella and Levi.

This really should be about all the fluffers, but it seems Bella and Levi stole the stage this month.  Do not let this cute little face fool you, Bella is a tyrant.  She stomps her feet when she wants something and stares daggers at you if you do not listen.  I have never met a dog that was a better communicator than Bella.

 

Sidney decided to take her to work.  That lasted about a week.  It is synonymous to a parent taking their child to work - not a great idea.  Any time Bella would hear Sidney's voice, she would jump the barriers to go be with her.  Needless to say, it stressed Sid out.  Her co-workers told her to keep bringing her, as that is really common with employee dogs and gets better with time.  That very well may be, but I think she is taking a break for now:).  Ah, Bella, you should have behaved.

Yep, Bella pretty much rules the roost around here.

Hannah goes on these long trail runs every other week with her Tae Kwon Do class.  She is kind enough to take Bella on some of these runs.  Bella loves every minute of it!

I signed up for another clinic with Levi.  This time Sidney was totally out of town.  Therefore, I had to load Levi up and take him to a new place by myself.  I took one step at a time.  Trailering him was a breeze and off we went.

I made sure to arrive early, hay bag in hand, so Levi could get used to the surroundings.

Levi was a champ, and I did alright too:).

Sid tried out a new saddle that we can use for both of the horses, as I am starting to ride more (not on Levi of course).  With a second saddle, she can ride Levi and I can ride Pigeon at the same time.  Win-Win!  

Just so we do not completely exclude Bailey and Pigeon, here is a picture of each of these cuties.
