Over Memorial Day weekend, we had a surprise visit from our niece Ashlee and her husband Patrick (Padrik as the girls love to call him). We made the most of the three days and packed in loads of fun. Grandma took her granddaughters to lunch at the Village.
Patrick played many games of basketball with the girls.
Patrick and AshLee took the girls on a bike ride to the gas station for candy. Later that evening, AshLee and I rode back down for a bottle of wine. I was actually quite surprised at the good selection of wine they had. Who would have thunk it?
We BBQ'ed in the beautiful weather. The girls decided to skip the BBQ in favor of their friend, Blake's, birthday party.

We took the girls out to the base to check out the planes.
